Mila Cleaning Services previous trading as Lebone Cleaning Services is an innovative and proudly South African company whose main objective is to provide cost efficient, quality services and accountable service delivery to our clients. We believe that one of the major reasons for our success is our passion for service, coupled with our sincerity in meeting our clients needs and exceeding expectations. The management team is made up of a group of people bound together with a common vision and driven by common values.

Health, Safety & Environment


Certified compliant with ISO 14 000 and 18 000.

The health and safety of our employees is a priority for Mila cleaning services.

To ensure the competency we supply training to all our cleaners that will emphasize the importance of safety to them & the environment

We have a safety officer at each site, who will carry out risk assessment & method statements, to ensure the potential Hazards are evaluated, our workforce is not put In danger.

Management shall ensure the effect of harmful cleaning chemicals is minimized.

We will ensure that all our employees have the correct personal protective clothing (PPC) and the correct equipment.

Management shall ensure that the importance of safety is clearly communicated to all levels of the organization and will also ensure the SHEQ policy and procedures are effectively implemented and followed throughout the site.

We comply with requirements of ISO 9000:2008 standards specifications.

National Contract Cleaners Association (NCCA)

The NCCA is the regulatory body for the contract cleaning industry, it was constituted as a National Association in 1987 and is dedicated to developing and setting appropriate standards for the contract cleaning industry. NCCA is represented on various employer and member forums in relation to industry specific skills development and training initiatives and also participates in global networking and benchmarking initiatives to ensure that its members benefit from global best practice guidelines and standards. NCCA also plays a pivotal role in support to its members to strengthen competitiveness and profitability within the industry as well as in the creation of an optimal work environment for all. Mila Cleaning Services is member of the NCCA, we undergo an annual due diligence process.

Mila Cleaning Services (Pty) Ltd is proud to be a part of the Woolworths Family, both a supplier and on the Enterprise Develpoment Prgramme. The Woolworths Enterprise Development (ED) programme has been designed primarily to support emerging small and medium sized business in the Woolworths supply chain.


Sešego Foundation

Mila Cleaning Services (Pty) Ltd is proud to support Sešego Foundation. Sešego Foundation was established 12 years ago. Its mission is to get personally involved in making a sustainable contribution to the wellbeing of the Southern African Communities. The philosophy of insisting on sustainability as the key driver for involvement in projects. Mobilisation of like-minded people who are willing to volunteer their time, resources, key competences to make a difference.

Sešego Foundation has achieved its objectives of making a sustainable difference in the lives of the communities we serve by focusing on skills based and corporate employee volunteerism. The elimination of administrative costs has also been a critical success factor.


Sector Education and Training Authorities

Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA) is a governing body established in terms of the Skills Development Act. Services SETA is responsible for disbursement of training levies payable by all employers, collected by the South African Revenue Service via the Department of Labour and then disbursed through a management system motivated by skills requirement assessment and monitoring. Services SETA is responsible for ensuring that the skill requirements of the sector are identified and that adequate and appropriate skills are readily available. Education and training are provided subject to validation and quality assurance. Mila Cleaning Services have received two discretionary grants from the Services SETA to take in unemployment leaners and our employees through a skills development course and leadership with continuous monitoring from the workplace area. Mila Cleaning Services believes in empowering our employees through skills development.
